Where in store can I find Killer Brownies®?

You can most often find gourmet Killer Brownies® in the Fresh Bakery section of your local grocery, either on a merchandising table or in a cold case with other desserts and pastries.

How do i store my KILLER BROWNIES®?

Killer Brownies® remain fresh at room temperature for 7 days and in the fridge for up to 14 days. If you're saving your brownies for later, you can wrap them up tightly and freeze them for up to a year. When you’re ready to eat, thaw them at room temperature.

Do my Killer Brownies® need to be warmed up or baked?

Killer Brownies® are fully baked and ready to eat! Enjoy them chilled, at room temp, or warm them in the microwave for a few seconds for maximum gooey decadence!

Do you have any brownies without nuts?

Yes — several of our brownies are made without nuts such as the Cookie Dough, Triple Chocolate, Confetti, Kitchen Sink, and many more!

Keep in mind that we are not a nut-free facility. However, we are diligent in minimizing the risk of cross-contact and test for allergens regularly.

If you have an allergy, we encourage you to check out our ingredients to make an informed decision!

Do you have any plant-based brownies?

Yes — the Plant Based Salted Fudge Brownie is our first ever plant-based brownie, and it's available in select stores. Use our store locator to find this brownie near you or order online!

Do you have any gluten-free products?

We do not have any gluten-free products at this time, but we look forward to tackling that challenge someday soon!

Are KILLER BROWNIES® Kosher?

Yes — we are proudly Kosher certified!

However, there is a chance that our brownies have been repackaged by your local supplier, so please check with their store manager to inquire about that location's Kosher status.

If buying online, please note that the gift tins and boxes are not Kosher as they are repackaged by our partners at Dorothy Lane Market, who are not Kosher certified.

Shipping

How long until I get my Killer Brownies®?

Your Killer Brownies® brownies will arrive within 2-4 business days of when they are shipped. During holidays or bad weather, they may take an extra day or two to arrive due to the large number of orders. You can always check your tracking number for more information on when your package should arrive.

My Killer Brownies® haven't shipped yet - whats with that?

Shipping Policy

To ensure the freshness and quality of our perishable products, we only ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. We may ship your order on Thursday if the order contains heat-sensitive/time-sensitive products. This schedule helps us avoid weekend delays and maintain the integrity of your order during transit.

Shipping Details:
  • Complimentary Shipping is included with every order.
  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM CST will be fulfilled and shipped on the next eligible shipping day Monday–Wednesday (sometimes Thursday).
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Holiday Shipping:

Please note that during the winter holiday season, order volume increases significantly. Fulfillment may take an additional 2–3 business days, so we recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.

Order Changes & Cancellations:

Once an order is placed, we cannot change the quantity of the product purchased or the shipping address. If you need to make adjust your order, we will gladly cancel the order so you can place a new order with the correct details.

Shipping Restrictions:

At this time, we do not ship to Hawai'i, Alaska,  P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

How do I check if my order has shipped?

You can sign-in to your account from our anywhere on our site using the icon on the top right of your desktop computer, or in the navigation menu if using your mobile device. You can also check your email for a shipping confirmation email.

Do you ship to Hawai'i or Alaska?

At this time we are not offering shipping to Hawai'i or Alaska, but best way to find out if we do in the future, subscribe to our email list!

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO?

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Returns

What is your Online Store Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at (ENTER EMAIL HERE) or (ENTER PHONE NUMBER HERE) within 14 days of delivery and we'll gladly replace or refund your order. Non-perishable items must be in brand new, unused condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as originally used within approximately 72 hours of our receipt of the returned merchandise. The time it takes for credit card financial institutions to reflect refunds varies but is typically within 7 to 10 days.
