Killer Brownie® Cookie Dough Dessert Kebab

Your backyard barbeque needs this gourmet Killer Brownie® dessert. Ready in under 15 minutes, this nostalgic treat is the decadent, proverbial cherry on top of any summer celebration!

SERVINGS: 5 skewers

INGREDIENTS

1 Cookie Dough Killer Brownie® 5-ct bars
1 cup of melting chocolate (melted)
1 cup of edible cookie dough

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Remove the brownie bars from the packaging and cut them in half to make a total of 10 brownie bites.

  2. Dip half of each brownie bite into the melted chocolate.

  3. Place the brownies in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.

  4. Meanwhile, roll your cookie dough into small balls and set aside; you should have five (5) cookie dough balls total. 

  5. Remove the brownies from the fridge and assemble your kebab: place one brownie bite on the skewer, followed by a cookie dough ball and another brownie bite.

  6. Enjoy immediately!
