Killer Brownie® Bourbon Spiked Hot Chocolate

Rich, chocolaty, warming. Hot chocolate is everyone's favorite cold weather beverage, make it even more warming with a splash of fine Kentucky bourbon. Finished with a gourmet brownie bite.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups whole milk
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp semi sweet chocolate chips or chopped bar
2 tbsp raw sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 oz bourbon
Whipped cream
Caramel sauce
1 Triple Chocolate Killer Brownie® bar

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Warm milk in saucepan over medium heat
    Once milk is warm, add cocoa powder, chocolate, and sugar; whisk to combine, stir occasionally until chocolate is completely melted

  2. Taste to adjust sweetness

  3. Remove from heat; add vanilla extract and bourbon

  4. Divide between two mugs

  5. Cut one Triple Chocolate Killer Brownie® bar in half

  6. Place one half of the bar on the rim of the mug

  7. Top with whip cream, a drizzle of your favorite caramel sauce, and a sprinkling of powder sugar

Notes:
Cut a thin sliver out of the brownie bite to easily place it on the rim of the mug
