Original Killer Brownie® S’mores Dessert Kabobs

These easy-to-craft dessert kabobs — featuring rich, gourmet brownies — take s’mores to another level! Perfect as a game-day snack or patio party hors d'oeuvre.

SERVINGS: Approximately 24

INGREDIENTS

2 containers of Original 5-count Killer Brownie® bars
1 cup of Golden Grahams cereal
6 oz of Ghirardelli Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
24 pieces of regular-sized marshmallows
24 pieces of mini marshmallows
2 1.55oz Hershey’s milk chocolate bar
¼ cup vanilla frosting

PROVISIONS

Bamboo paddle picks/skewers
Baking sheet lined with wax paper


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Finely crush Golden Grahams cereal in Ziploc bag with bottom of sturdy drinking glass

  2. Place crushed Golden Grahams on a small plate, set aside

  3. Cut the Original Killer Brownie® bars in half to create brownie bites, set aside

  4. Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl for 30 second intervals, stirring between intervals — careful not to overheat

  5. Pierce a regular-sized marshmallow with a skewer

  6. Dip marshmallow in chocolate (as you remove the chocolate-dipped marshmallow, using the side of the bowl, scrape excess chocolate off the bottom of the marshmallow)

  7. Roll chocolate-dipped marshmallow in crushed grahams

  8. Place on  baking sheet lined with wax paper

  9. Chill in fridge for 15 minutes to set the chocolate

  10.  Once chocolate is set, add the brownie bite to the bottom of the skewer with the dipped marshmallow on top

  11.  Add vanilla frosting to Ziploc bag and cut off small tip on bottom corner to create a piping bag

  12.  Using the frosting, stick one Hershey’s rectangle, two mini marshmallows, and one graham square to the top of each chocolate-dipped marshmallow

  13. Chill until ready to serve

Notes:
If chocolate begins to thicken, reheat for 30 more seconds
