Killer Brownie® Trash Can Dessert Nachos

 Inspired by Guy Fieri’s iconic trash can nachos, we created our own dessert version featuring the Original Killer Brownie®!

SERVINGS: 10-5

INGREDIENTS

3x 5.1oz bags of cannoli chips
16 oz chocolate buttercream frosting
1x package of Original Killer Brownie® bars (chopped)
4 oz caramel sauce
4 oz chocolate sauce
2 oz baking chocolate (slivered or chopped)
4 oz chopped pecans
16 oz mascarpone cream
7 oz Pirouettes

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Sprinkle a generous handful of cannoli chips on the bottom of the can

  2. Using a piping bag and starting from the edge, pipe frosting in a spiral along the top of the chips to act as the “glue” that will hold them together

  3. Sprinkle a bit of chopped Killer Brownies® on top

  4. Next, add a swirl of the caramel and chocolate sauces

  5. Then sprinkle a bit of chopped pecans and chopped chocolate on top of the sauces

  6. Add a dollop or two of the mascarpone cream

  7. Finally, break apart pieces of Pirouettes

  8. Repeat steps until the can is full

  9. Remove the can carefully to reveal the stack of trash can dessert nachos!

Notes:
You can create your trash can using a can opener to remove the bottom of a clean coffee can, or simply pile high on a plate and enjoy!
